Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Significant wind energy industry experience across mechanical lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of failure mechanisms, inspection, and repair methodologies.
• Experience leading technical investigations and root cause analyses.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams and influencing technical decisions.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize maintenance strategies and asset management plans.
• Lead technical investigations and root cause analyses (RCA).
• Assess technical risks and support data-driven decisions across the fleet.
• Define technical requirements for inspections, repairs, monitoring systems, and maintenance activities.
• Support supplier selection, contract development, and technical evaluations.
• Maintain OPEX assumptions, budgets, and cost models.
• Evaluate, test, and implement innovative technologies and repair solutions.
• Review proposals for component purchases and refurbishments.
• Share lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
