Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience in connectivity solutions and ruggedized data transmission.
• Understanding of stage-gate, Agile, or similar product development processes.
• ITAR qualifications.

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for all product development activities.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on project management across engineering initiatives.
• Ensure optimal utilization of engineering resources to meet specs, timelines, and customer requirements.
• Oversee full product lifecycle with proper documentation, protection (trademarks/patents), and labeling compliance.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing engineering organization.
• Establish formalized processes and best practices for scalable development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Quality, Finance, and Operations.
