Job summary

CONTINIA SOFTWARE A/S is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to lead user research and shape a unified design system across the Continia Suite inside Business Central, Continia One web, and Expense Management mobile apps.

You will work across product teams to ensure a coherent UX, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with managers, frontend developers, and other UX designers to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in UX or product design for complex B2B software.
• Portfolio showing research-driven design and design systems in use.
• Strong skills in research methods (interviews, usability testing, analytics) and in modern design tools such as Figma.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Continia's design system across Business Central, web and mobile, including components and accessibility.
• Plan and run user research with end users and partners (finance teams, bookkeepers, approvers, consultants).
• Deliver flows, wireframes and mockups to product teams and iterate with developers during sprints.
• Set UX quality criteria and review designs across products; simplify onboarding to Continia One and the Suite.
• Make UX measurable through adoption, onboarding time, and support tickets; use findings to prioritize work.
• Mentor the associate designer and shape how the UX function collaborates with product teams.
