Job summary

Hub is seeking a focused UX/UI Designer to help shape our software platform. You will work in a cross-functional team spanning Design, Product, Sales, and Front-End Development, taking ownership of the design lifecycle from ideation to interactive prototypes.

You should bring a strong portfolio, strong English communication, and a disciplined approach to documenting workflows. This role is primarily in-office in Copenhagen with opportunities to mentor and grow alongside experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong interest in design, software interfaces and usability.
• Structured and able to document processes.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in shaping the future of our software platform.
• Interact weekly with a cross-functional team where your opinion matters.
• Be involved in the entire design lifecycle, iterating on designs based on stakeholder feedback.
• Translate user needs into low- and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.
• Work on real-world projects to ensure a user-friendly platform.
• Conceptualize and envision UI/UX revamps of existing functionalities and flows.
• Handle technical constraints and business requirements to enhance skills.
• Address occasional non-UI design needs, such as report layouts.
