Job summary

Thunderstrike Aviation, Inc. in Odense, Denmark seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to own the systems engineering framework across UAV platforms, from requirements to deployment.

You will define standards, own processes, and ensure traceability, verification, and defensibility of engineering decisions. Qualifications

• 7+ years of systems engineering experience with ownership of SE frameworks in aerospace, defense, robotics, or complex hardware/software systems.
• Hands-on experience with ALM platforms – Visure, DOORS, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of requirements engineering, traceability, V-model development, and V&V.
• Experience in compliance-driven development environments.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements management and traceability across platforms.
• Define and execute V-model development and V&V strategy; ensure evidence completeness.
• Contribute to specifications, ICDs, CONOPS, and technical evidence packages with quality and traceability.
• Maintain alignment with STANAG, EASA, and internal engineering standards; support audits and certification activities.
• Support safety activities including FHA, PSSA, risk assessments, and integration of safety requirements.
