Job summary

Ventula Consulting is seeking a Senior AI Technical Architect for their Copenhagen-based Digital team. This senior, hands-on role focuses on Generative AI, Agentic AI and RAG to design enterprise-grade AI solutions for public and private sector clients across Northern Europe.

You'll work with customers, data scientists and engineers to translate complex challenges into secure, scalable AI systems, shape architecture principles and lead production-ready deployments.

Senior AI Technical Architect - Copenhagen

Ventula Consulting has partnered with a leading international technology and digital services organisation to recruit a Senior AI Technical Architect for their Digital team in Copenhagen.

This is a senior, hands‑on architecture role offering the opportunity to work at the forefront of Generative AI, Agentic AI and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), designing and delivering enterprise‑grade AI solutions for major public and private sector organisations across Northern Europe.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you’ll work closely with customers, business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers and cloud specialists to translate complex business challenges into secure, scalable and production‑ready AI solutions.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape AI architecture principles, technical standards and roadmaps, evaluate emerging AI technologies and lead solutions from prototype and proof‑of‑concept through to production.

The position also has a strong customer‑facing element. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, leading technical discussions and workshops while supporting customer engagements, strategic initiatives and pre‑sales activity.

What we’re looking for

• You’ll ideally already be working as an AI Architect, Solution Architect, Cloud Architect or in a similar senior technical position, with strong experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale AI solutions.


• We’re particularly interested in experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG and Conversational AI, combined with knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks, vector databases and production‑grade AI platforms.


• Strong experience across Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, Python, data architecture, MLOps, CI/CD and AI governance/security would also be highly relevant.


• This isn't purely a high‑level architecture position. We're looking for someone who can combine strategic architecture with hands‑on technical expertise, while being comfortable engaging directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.

Copenhagen - Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office - Permanent
