Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Lead Talent Management Expert to drive a future-focused talent agenda across the bank. You will work with Group People to deliver end-to-end talent solutions, build executive-ready frameworks, and leverage our AI-driven internal talent marketplace to unlock opportunities for leaders and employees.

You will collaborate with Heads of People and People Business Partners to shape governance, strategic workforce planning and mobility initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional People experience in Talent Management
• Experience designing initiatives in succession, development or internal mobility
• Experience turning talent data into executive insights and decision support
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end talent solutions for employees and leaders across the bank
• Drive a future-focused talent agenda with expert colleagues and deliver value-adding frameworks and tools
• Support strategic talent decisions with data, governance and executive-facing reporting
