Job summary

Nordea seeks a Chief Enterprise Architect, Advanced AI to shape enterprise architecture and AI direction within a high-impact, regulated banking environment. You will unite business and technology leaders to translate strategy into secure, scalable capabilities that drive measurable value.

You will lead architecture reviews, governance standards and transformational programs across data, platforms and secure AI initiatives while mentoring the architecture community. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Senior enterprise architecture leadership: At least 10 years in EA roles, including senior leadership positions.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments with governance, risk, and data privacy.
• Ability to define AI strategies and governance for responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise architecture and AI strategies aligned with business goals.
• Define architecture principles, patterns and governance for scalable AI adoption.
• Lead major transformation, platform simplification and rationalisation initiatives.
• Mentor architects and guide reviews, deep dives and technology evaluations.
