Overview

Senior Strategy Consultant at VML, part of WPP, delivering customer experience strategies for clients in loyalty, omni‑channel CRM and Agentic CX.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client project teams, owning key workstreams and deliverables.
• Support and facilitate strategic work sessions with client stakeholders.
• Drive the development of robust business cases, strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps.
• Orchestrate qualitative and quantitative research, market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Conduct current‑state assessments of client capabilities, identifying operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Own delivery of strategic frameworks and solutions, from research to implementation planning.
• Build strong working relationships with client counterparts, acting as a reliable advisor and trusted partner.
• Support development of new business opportunities and client proposals.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional project teams to integrate strategy with technology, creative and data execution.

Qualifications

• Relevant master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of progressive strategy or management consulting experience from a consulting firm, Big4 or an in‑house corporate strategy team.
• Experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy or digital transformation is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to lead complex workstreams independently, owning deliverables and deadlines.
• Exceptional executive‑level writing, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive communication.
• Superior analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
