Tryg's Executive Office is seeking a Senior Business Advisor to work closely with the Executive Board, turning complex questions into clear insights and decision material. You will own assignments from framing and analysis through stakeholder alignment and executive communication to implementation follow-up.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, executive support, business development, transformation or similar.
• Strong academic background in business, economics, political science, engineering or a relevant field.
• Experience in insurance, financial services or another regulated industry is an advantage.
• Ability to structure complex problems, conduct robust analysis and develop concise, decision-oriented recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills for senior audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge constructively while building alignment.
• Proactive, dependable and low-ego working style with a team orientation.
• Fluency in Danish, Norwegian or Swedish with professional-level English.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise Executive Board on strategic, organizational, and business-critical topics.
• Prepare decision materials and presentations for the Executive Board.
• Coordinate and plan events for top management.
• Contribute to strategic analysis, business development, data analysis, and gathering insights.
• Coordinate input from senior stakeholders and align with Tryg’s leadership.
