Job summary

Kamstrup invites a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead multiple indirect sourcing categories, including Professional Services, Logistics, Employee Cost, Marketing and Facilities. You will drive strategic sourcing initiatives, analyze spend, negotiate contracts, and lead supplier relationships.

Join a collaborative Indirect Sourcing team of five with 40+ years of combined experience, based at Kamstrup's Stilling HQ between Aarhus and Skanderborg.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Degree in commercial or technical field.
Ability to read, understand and navigate legal contracts.
Fluent in English and Danish.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze a sourcing category spend, suppliers, contracts, stakeholder demand and market trends.
Identify opportunities and draft a prioritized plan and strategy with stakeholders.
Drive strategy execution via RFPs, renegotiations, and scope changes.
Manage supplier relations with key partners.
Contribute ideas to the Indirect sourcing team to drive continuous improvement.
