Job summary

KK Group’s Bionic Solutions is a new strategic technology area where you will help shape and mature a ground-up capability to transfer electrical power. You will combine technical judgment with an entrepreneurial mindset to turn ideas into commercial solutions across disciplines.

You will define the technology roadmap, identify promising applications, and collaborate with engineers, suppliers and partners to develop robust, scalable outcomes that can become part of KK Group’s business.

Qualifications

• A background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, thermodynamics, physics or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of how mechanics, electrical behaviors, materials and thermal effects interact.
• Experience with complex products, systems or technology development; insight into modelling and simulation, such as CFD or EMAG.
• The ability to structure open-ended technical problems and turn them into clear recommendations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical disciplines.
• A pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to explore, challenge and move ideas forward.

Responsibilities

• Drive and challenge technical concepts across mechanics, electrical engineering, materials and thermal behaviors.
• Help define the technical roadmap and identify promising applications for the technologies.
• Turn complex technical challenges into clear priorities and next steps.
• Set directions for modelling, simulation and testing, and assess the quality and relevance of the results.
• Work with colleagues, suppliers and partners to develop solutions that are technically strong, scalable and commercially relevant.
• Bring technologies from early exploration towards mature, producible solutions that can eventually become part of KK Group’s existing business.
