Job summary

Veovo group is seeking a Solution Lead in Vodskov, Denmark, to drive the technical vision across client projects. You will bridge customer demands with internal requirements, ensuring scalable software delivery and architectural excellence.

You will mentor teams, perform architecture reviews, and collaborate with Project Managers and Account Managers to align delivery with strategic goals. A strong background in aviation or logistics tech is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical delivery in high-complexity environments such as Aviation or Logistics.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical system specifications.
• Excellent communication skills in a structured, client-facing environment.
• Experience mentoring project teams and promoting technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor to the Project Manager to ensure scopes, estimates, risks, and milestones are managed.
• Own the overall solution architecture and framework for implementation projects.
• Conduct architecture reviews and post-delivery quality assessments.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for solution discussions with internal teams and clients.
• Drive global strategic alignment and define training strategies for global implementation teams.
