VEOVO is seeking a Solution Lead in Vodskov, Denmark to drive technical excellence across client projects. You will own the solution architecture, validate designs, and ensure delivery aligns with our strategic approach to implementation.

The role collaborates closely with the Project Manager, Account Manager, and global teams. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in technical delivery, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in complex environments such as Aviation or Logistics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical delivery, in complex environments such as Aviation or Logistics.
• Ability to design, review, and approve technical solutions with senior consultants.
• Translate requirements into technical system specifications.
• Excellent written and oral communication for client-facing work.
• Experience mentoring project teams and driving best-practice adoption.
• Expertise in validating data structures and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor to the Project Manager to ensure realistic scopes, prepared estimates, identified risks, and met milestones.
• Own the overall solution architecture and framework for projects with consistency and maintainability.
• Conduct architecture reviews and post-delivery quality assessments to oversee implementation quality.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for solution discussions with internal teams and clients.
• Drive global collaboration practices and training strategies for implementation teams.
