Ideal candidates bring 5+ years leading software projects, strong Agile experience (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban), and a solid foundation in edge computing, cloud architectures, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading software development projects.
• Proficient with agile methods: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban.
• Strong background in modern architectures (edge computing, cloud).
• Knowledge of IEC62443 and NIS2 cybersecurity.
• Experience in wind energy and SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Plan software updates and patch wind farms.
• Collaborate with production for SCADA deployment.
• Lead internal and external software development teams.
• Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budgets.
• Implement robust risk management.
