Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading software development projects.
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong foundation in modern software architectures, including edge computing and cloud-based solutions.
• Cyber Security knowledge (IEC62443, NIS2) is an advantage.
• Experience from the wind energy business.
• Knowledge of SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Lead software project management across varying setups (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resources and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Manage internal and external developers, including outsourcing partners.
• Oversee risk management and deployment readiness.
