Job summary

Mastercard in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - MPG to design and develop new batch solutions and architect operational systems. You will support development, maintain batch processes, and ensure robust documentation and QA on changes.

Responsibilities include proactive incident handling, ongoing operational support, and setting standards for the mainframe operational setup. Strong Danish and English skills are required, with a focus on reliability in a payment systems

Qualifications

• Experience operating all payments and clearance systems in Nets.
• Mainframe z/OS operating system knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Familiar with IBM IWS system and batch processing concepts.
• Proficient in JCL, MQ, IMS, DB2, and XML workflows.
• Familiar with SMS/HSM and Endevor tooling.
