Job summary

Mastercard Payment Services Denmark A/S seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop Batch solutions and to architect the mainframe operations. You will support development, testing, and ongoing maintenance while defining standards for operational setup and documentation.

You will work with a broad set of mainframe tools and languages, including z/OS, JCL, MQ, IMS, DB2, and Endevor, and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable, secure processing and incident response in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience operating mainframe and batch environments.
• Knowledge of Nets payments and clearance systems a plus.
• Familiarity with z/OS, IBM IWS, and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new Batch solutions.
• Architect responsibility for operational solutions.
• Support and perform testing activities.
• Provide operational support to development and maintenance.
• Set design standards for mainframe operational setup and documentation.
• QA on changes to systems and processes.
