Job summary

Hub is a hospitality-tech startup building an AI-powered operating system for hotels and venues. We’re seeking a Senior Software Developer to own features across Laravel and Vue.js, with backend APIs, frontend UX, testing, and reliability.

You’ll work closely with founders, product, and design to ship value fast in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You’ll help shape product decisions, collaborate with customers, and contribute to scalable, high-quality software as we redefine hospitality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with Laravel.
• Experience with Vue.js or another modern frontend framework.
• Strong MySQL experience.
• Tailwind CSS experience.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as PHPUnit and Playwright.
• Solid understanding of Git and modern development workflows.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Sentry.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute to a high-performing team.

The hospitality industry still relies on fragmented systems that weren’t built to work together. Teams spend too much time navigating software, handling manual processes, and managing operational complexity instead of focusing on creating memorable guest experiences.

They’re building an AI-powered platform that brings bookings, operations, communication, housekeeping, invoicing, and automation into one seamless experience.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working with Laravel in production environments

Experience with Vue.js or another modern frontend framework
