Job summary

2care4 is seeking a Senior Software Developer to help design and implement business-critical applications in a hybrid Esbjerg/remote setup. You will work in the IT Development & Data team on full-stack solutions using C# and Angular, contributing to ERP migrations and data integrations.

The role prioritizes collaboration with business stakeholders, agile practices (Scrum) and continuous learning, with team presence in Esbjerg and Poland and up to two days remote per week.

Qualifications

• Several years of software development experience with strong C# and Angular skills.
• Background in computer science or software engineering preferred; practical skills matter more than education.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure or ERP integrations is a plus.
• Experience working in agile software development teams using Scrum.

Job description

Would you like to develop business-critical solutions that create real value? Are you an experienced software developer with strong skills in C# and Angular? Then let’s develop together.

We are looking for one more colleague to join our team in Esbjerg, as we have several exciting projects ahead of us.

You will be part of our IT Development & Data team, working alongside colleagues with competencies across frontend, backend and data. As a Senior Software Developer, you will help develop and shape our business critical applications, integrations and data solutions, while contributing with technical sparring and shared responsibility for the solutions we build.

Our current focus includes an exciting ERP migration to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, where our IT team develops central commercial solutions in close collaboration with the business. You will be part of a collaborative team that turns complex needs into pragmatic solutions that make a real difference.

The team is based across Esbjerg and Poland, and we work in a hybrid setup with up to two work from home days per week. We value regular physical presence in Esbjerg to support close collaboration within the team and with the business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing full-stack solutions using C# and Angular
• Designing, coding, testing and implementing applications
• Developing integrations related to the ERP migration
• Making data accessible through Microsoft Fabric and data warehouse solutions
• Contributing to knowledge sharing, code reviews and shared technical ownership
• Working closely with the team and business stakeholders as part of an agile software development team using Scrum.

Our technical environment is based on Microsoft Azure and includes C#, Angular and Microsoft Fabric. Experience with AI is an advantage, along with curiosity about how it can strengthen our solutions and create business value.

Who are you?

You have several years of relevant software development experience and strong skills in C# and Angular.

You may have a background as a computer scientist, software engineer or similar, but your practical experience and technical skills matter more than your formal education.

Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, data warehouse solutions or ERP integrations is an advantage.

You have experience working in agile software development teams using Scrum and bring an agile mindset, with an understanding of the principles behind agile development, not just the processes.
