Novonesis is seeking a Senior Security Architect to lead security risk assessments, design reviews, and threat modelling for IT solutions across cloud, identity, and applications. You will define patterns and reference architectures and guide secure adoption of cloud services and AI security controls.

We value breadth of cyber security expertise, risk-based pragmatism, and the ability to translate complex risks into actionable recommendations. Hybrid work at Hørsholm site with travel 5–10%.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years IT/cyber security experience, 3–5 years as security architect or similar senior role.
• Hands-on experience securing cloud environments (Azure/AWS), identity and access management (Entra ID, PAM).
• Experience with SAP/ERP security, virtualization, networks and applications.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls).
• Familiarity with threat modelling (STRIDE) and MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead security risk assessments, design reviews, and threat modelling for new IT solutions.
• Define security requirements, standards, patterns, and reference architectures across identity, cloud, Zero Trust and hardening.
• Advise on cloud service adoption, privileged access, and AI security controls.
• Act as security architect for strategic initiatives including digital transformation, NIS2, M&A due diligence and IT changes affecting security.
