Job summary

Novo in Ballerup is seeking a Cyber Security Awareness Specialist to lead how security is taught across the organisation. You will translate risks, threat intel, policies and incidents into practical, engaging learning that changes behaviour, across business areas and geographies.

You will design learning, campaigns and role-based training, engage senior leaders, manage budgets and partners, and measure impact with data to drive continuous improvement across teams and functions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Several years of experience in cybersecurity, information security or security awareness.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide awareness and training programs.
• Strong skills in learning design, communication and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a risk-based security awareness strategy aligned with priorities.
• Design role-based learning, onboarding and campaigns for multiple audiences.
• Translate policies and incidents into practical guidance and activities.
• Build awareness networks and manage platforms, budgets and partners.
• Define metrics, report progress and continuously improve the programme.
