Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Søborg seeks a Safety Surveillance Principal Process Specialist to ensure readiness for audits and inspections, guiding end-to-end Safety Surveillance processes across development and marketed products.

You’ll lead inspections, drive regulatory surveillance, and shape post-acquisition process integration with senior stakeholders across geographies. A strong pharmacovigilance background is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5–7 years of pharmacovigilance experience, incl. safety activities in clinical trials.
• Hands-on experience with inspection setups and training teams.
• Expertise in Safety Surveillance processes and end-to-end handling of requirements.
• Experience handling deviations and implementing process changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits and inspections; coordinate Safety Surveillance input and high-quality responses.
• Act as Process Expert for signal management and co-drive Regulatory Surveillance.
• Handle deviations and change requests with Safety Surveillance and other functions.
• Support integration after acquisitions by aligning pharmacovigilance processes and systems.
• Contribute to process improvement projects aligned with strategic objectives.
