Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in Pharmacovigilance.
• Experience in pharmacovigilance operations, quality systems, governance or QPPV Office functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of the overall governance board logistics, including agenda, meeting schedule, minutes and actions tracking.
• Ensure operational rigor and efficiency of the global governance boards.
• Manage surveillance of emerging pharmacovigilance regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide training and readiness of pharmacovigilance processes; ensure inspection readiness of training records.
• Oversee procedural documentation for PV Process Excellence team.
