Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Safety Surveillance Specialist to strengthen the Post-Marketing team in Søborg. You will contribute to safety assessments across the incretin portfolio, ensure input to development activities, and act as a trusted safety partner to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to identify challenges, shape strategies and translate into clear steps.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing decisions through clear communication.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Self-driven, ethical and adaptable; works independently and flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare safety contributions to study reports, regulatory submissions, protocols and other key documents.
• Lead strategic and scientifically informed responses to safety Q&A from Health Authorities.
• Lead analytical and medical evaluation of aggregate safety data.
• Represent Safety Surveillance in cross-functional project teams and at external meetings.
• Work closely with Clinical Development, Medical & Science, Regulatory, Biostatistics and other functions.
• Contribute to benefit–risk communication and ensure clear, aligned safety messaging.
