Job summary

Quadsat is seeking an experienced RF Systems & Hardware Engineer to strengthen the RF team for SpectraLoc, our defense product for RF sensing, geolocation, and analysis.

You will design RF front-end architectures, contribute to coherent receiver development, and work with DSP/software and hardware teams to improve measurement integrity and product robustness. This role emphasizes hands-on RF hardware development and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Microwave Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience designing, validating, and improving RF systems where measurement quality and robustness matter.
• Experience with RF front-end design and RF chain architecture for high-frequency systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize RF front-end architectures for sensing and geolocation.
• Contribute to coherent receiver design and multi-channel architectures for future capabilities.
• Design and improve RF chains including filtering, amplification, and frequency conversion.
• Support PCB design/layout for RF circuits ensuring signal integrity and manufacturability.
• Improve measurement integrity across the RF chain and perform RF measurements with standard equipment.
• Plan and perform RF measurements and troubleshooting using RF test equipment.
• Collaborate with DSP/software/embedded/FPGA teams to align RF hardware with algorithms and product performance.
