Job summary

Quadsat is seeking an experienced RF Systems & Hardware Engineer to join the RF team working on SpectraLoc, our defense product for detection, analysis, and geolocation of RF emitters.

You will help strengthen the RF hardware foundation for robust product performance, certification readiness, and future RF architectures, collaborating with RF, DSP, software, embedded, and FPGA engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience designing, validating, and improving RF systems where measurement quality and robustness matter.
• Strong experience with RF front-end design, RF chain architecture, and RF hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature RF hardware and system architectures for sensing, geolocation, and coherent receiver capabilities.
• Design, optimize RF front-end architectures for RF sensing and geolocation applications.
• Support PCB design and layout for RF circuits, including signal integrity and manufacturability.
• Plan and perform RF measurements and verification using spectrum analysers, VNAs, and signal generators.
• Collaborate with DSP, software, embedded, FPGA, mechanical, and product teams to translate RF concepts into robust product capabilities.
• Drive product robustness, certification readiness, and design-for-manufacturing activities.
