Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Gasoline Grill is about to make our biggest bet yet. The biggest thing we have ever done.
We're not ready to tell you exactly what it is yet, but we can tell you this: it will challenge us, it will require us to do things we have never done before, and we're looking for someone who wants to help build it with us from the beginning.
Someone who is obsessed with hospitality. Someone who notices the details. Who understands that a great guest experience is not just about what happens at the counter or on the plate. It is the welcome. The room. The flow. The energy. The team. And the goodbye.
Gasoline Grill was founded in 2016 and today has seven company-owned locations, four franchise restaurants, and around 150 employees from more than 30 nationalities.
Gasoline Grill has always been about more than burgers. Great burgers are the foundation, but hospitality is what makes people come back. And as we grow, we want to become even better at it.
Your first mission will be to play a key role in developing and executing our biggest project to date in Copenhagen. You will help us build the experience, the team, the culture, and the way we operate.
But the role does not stop there. Over time, we want you to look beyond one restaurant and help us raise the level of hospitality and guest experience across Gasoline Grill. How we welcome people. How we serve them. How our restaurants feel. How we train our teams. How we create the small moments people remember.
A rare chance to help build something new from the very beginning, with real influence on how hospitality looks and feels across the whole company.
You will join an informal and international workplace where people work closely together and help each other succeed.
If you have any questions about the position, you are welcome to contact HR Manager Marcus Bak at bak@gasolinegrill.com.
Gasoline Grill encourages everyone to apply regardless of gender, sexuality, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, or background.
