Job summary

VELUX is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer – Requirements Management for the New Sloped Roof Windows Platforms at LKR Innovation House in Østbirk. You will translate customer, market, and regulatory needs into actionable product requirements and ensure traceability across the development lifecycle.

You will lead requirements activities, collaborate across functions, and drive system-level design concepts to deliver robust, scalable platforms with clear customer value and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements management, systems engineering, product development, or related engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of requirement definition, traceability, verification, validation, and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Structured, analytical problem-solving approach.
• Experience with complex products, modular architectures, or platform-based development.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and align diverse perspectives.
• Relevant technical degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Product Development, or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
