Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Lunar Denmark, based in Copenhagen, is expanding its Capital & Regulatory Reporting team. You will translate Basel/EBA requirements into the reporting rules the system runs on, collaborating with product and tech to ensure accurate, timely submissions.
You’ll stay ahead of regulatory changes, defend methodology with source texts, and contribute to the team’s shared ownership of reporting perimeters across COREP, MFI, KRGS, and DFSA frameworks.
Banking hasn't changed much in decades. We're changing that. One product at a time.
Lunar is a Nordic challenger bank building the future of financial life with AI at the core. Our engineers, designers, and product people work on problems that actually matter. Making money simpler, smarter, and more rewarding for millions of people across the Nordics.
Fully licensed and founded in 2015, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Stockholm.
We move fast, we build with purpose, and we're just getting started.
As our new Senior Regulatory Data & Reporting Specialist you'll join the Capital & Regulatory Reporting team based in Copenhagen, reporting to Meinhard — bringing your regulatory reporting expertise into a role where you'll translate regulatory frameworks into the system logic, calculation rules, and requirements that our reporting runs on — driving quality review and gap analysis across our reporting perimeter, and helping position CRR as the internal SME that Lunar's product and tech teams build with.
The CRR team carries a wide mandate: financial regulatory reporting, capital and liquidity governance, and Treasury controls. In practice, that means safeguarding the bank's financial integrity, ensuring regulatory submissions meet the standard that regulators, investors, and our customers can rely on.
We're expanding the team — you'll be one of two specialists sharing ownership of financial regulatory reporting. We don't operate in silos — capital and liquidity governance and Treasury controls sit within the same team, and you'll gain exposure to all areas, whilst focusing on regulatory reporting. Cross-coverage is built into how we operate, regardless of who is in the office.
A year from now, you'll have taken a piece of our regulatory reporting and rebuilt it on governed, documented data logic — translating Basel/EBA requirements into the rules a system runs on, not just the templates that describe them — and helped CRR move from submitting reports to shaping what gets built.
We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds. If you need any adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.
Depending on the regulations in the country where you will be employed, we will ask to see or obtain information about your criminal record.
