Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Copenhagen is seeking a proactive Senior Recruiter to support talent acquisition across our European business. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role focusing on attracting and hiring project managers, cost managers and project controls specialists for industrial, science and technology teams and Nordics projects.

You will partner with HR, Hiring Managers and the wider recruitment team, coach colleagues, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while navigating a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 7years'experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience in the construction market recruiting PMs, cost managers and project controls.
• English fluency is essential; Nordic language advantageous.
• Experience in corporate/in-house TA or recruitment agency with permanent placements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for the area of responsibility.
• Identify and source active candidates.
• Navigate the local market and promote best practices.
• Ensure ATS data accuracy and process compliance from requisitions to hire.
• Engage with stakeholders to meet short-, mid-, long-term recruitment needs.
• Build relationships with HR, Mobility, Hiring Managers and Country leaders to ensure seamless hiring.
