Job summary

Sisk is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Data Centre team in Fredericia Kommune, Denmark. The role involves managing the financial aspects of projects, preparing tenders, and liaising with subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates will possess relevant degree-level education and negotiation skills, along with knowledge of JCT contracts. The position offers a competitive salary, 26 days annual leave, and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree level education and working towards relevant professional accreditation.
• Knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Letter and report writing skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Contract value reviews (CVRs).
• 2-day safety appreciation course including contract and commercial awareness.
• CIOB membership or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Preparing tenders, analysing and selecting subcontractors.
• Managing financial aspects of subcontractors to final account completion.
• Maintaining site records and document control.
• Assisting with forecasts, targets and contract value reconciliations.
• Liaise with site management on commercial matters.
• Updating projected final account in a timely manner.
• Engaging in cash management to ensure good cash flow.
