Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on high-value Data Centre projects in Denmark. You will manage project cost, budgets, valuations and variations, ensuring delivery on budget and to programme.

The role collaborates with project, procurement and construction teams, liaising with clients and subcontractors, with responsibilities across procurement, cost control and final accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Data Centre, Pharma, Industrial or other complex MEP/CSA project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Degree/qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, budgets, valuations and variations.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, packages and accounts.
• Prepare commercial reports, forecasts and cost-value reconciliations.
• Manage change, claims, risks and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support the wider project team throughout the project lifecycle.
