Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to own the quantitative research agenda across product areas, partnering with Data Science to establish rigorous measurement practices. You will guide surveys, log-data analysis, and A/B testing while shaping how trust is measured across reading reviews and subscription decisions.

The role demands 4+ years in UX research with a strong quantitative focus, proficiency in Python/R/SQL, and the ability to coach peers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX research experience with a strong specialisation in quantitative methods and broad-scope work.
• Strong survey methodology (instrument design, sampling, psychometric validation) and statistical grounding.
• Hands‑on proficiency in Python, R, or SQL with large behavioural datasets and A/B testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the quantitative research roadmap for product areas, including attitudinal measurement and funnels.
• Lead large-scale surveys and log-data analyses, building measurement frameworks to track ‘good’ journeys over time.
• Translate statistical output into decision-forcing narratives for PMs, designers, and engineers; coach others in quantitative methods.
