Saab Danmark A/S is seeking a seasoned Quality Engineer/Manager to lead and enhance the QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes audits, CAPA, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, production, and supply chain.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years in quality management, 3–5 years in leadership, and certifications such as CQM/OE or Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8–10 years in quality management including 3–5 years in leadership
• Certifications such as CQM/OE or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
• Strong data-driven approach and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS per ISO 9001/AS9100 and regulatory requirements
• Lead internal and external quality audits and drive continuous improvement
• Set and monitor quality KPIs; analyze data for trends and root causes
• Oversee CAPA processes for effective resolution and recurrence prevention
• Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, and project teams
• Develop and deliver quality training programs for staff
• Mentor and guide quality professionals; support department objectives
• Act as primary contact for quality matters with customers, suppliers, and regulators
• Participate in management reviews and drive QMS improvements
• Stay updated on best practices, regulations, and tech advances
