Job summary

Kamstrup in Denmark is seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer to transform QA through AI-powered testing and automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will design AI and automation strategies, build automation frameworks, mentor teams, extend test coverage, and perform exploratory testing alongside manual tests, while contributing to the department's quality culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in systems engineering or related field.
• Certifications such as ISTQB, ISEB or similar are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in software quality engineering, testing or test automation.
• Experience exploring AI-assisted testing approaches.
• Experience with test automation.
• Strong communication and data-driven QA mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement new QA disciplines and methods using AI assisted testing techniques.
• Define the AI and automation strategy for quality assurance.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks.
• Mentor and guide teams in AI driven testing practices.
• Implement, extend and improve automated testing for new features and regression tests.
• Conduct exploratory and targeted manual testing and maintain existing test suites and tools.
