Job summary

Danish Crown is seeking a Senior Specialist, Regulatory & Trade to own and develop the global certification landscape across markets and production sites. The role partners with FS&Q, Operations, Procurement and Export to ensure compliance and market access for a leading international食品 company.

You will define and maintain certification standards, engage with certification bodies, customers and industry bodies, and drive readiness through training and process development.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with food safety certification systems, quality management and regulatory compliance from the food industry.
• Experience with certification schemes and food manufacturing environments.
• Analytical, structured and capable of navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to balance business needs with compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own Danish Crown's certification landscape and related management systems.
• Assess customer and market requirements and determine relevant certification standards.
• Monitor developments in certification standards and drive implementation.
• Develop and maintain group procedures and policies.
• Conduct gap analyses and support organisational readiness.
• Train stakeholders and facilitate internal specialist networks.
• Collaborate with Procurement on selection and management of certification bodies.
