Job summary

Danish Crown A/S is seeking a Senior Specialist, Regulatory & Trade to own the global certification landscape across markets and production sites. The role involves defining and maintaining certification standards, collaborating with FS&Q, Operations, Procurement, Commercial and Export, and engaging with certification bodies and customers.

The position requires experience in food safety certifications and regulatory compliance, with strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with food safety certification systems, quality management and regulatory compliance in the food industry.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across functions and cultures.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and able to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Danish Crown's certification landscape and related management systems.
• Assess customer and market requirements and determine relevant certification standards.
• Monitor developments in certification standards and drive implementation across the organization.
• Develop and maintain group procedures and policies.
• Conduct gap analyses and support organizational readiness.
• Train stakeholders and facilitate internal specialist networks.
• Collaborate with Procurement on selection and management of certification bodies.
• Travel approximately 10–15 days annually.
