Job summary

Veo Technologies seeks a Senior Production Engineer to own production test and process capability, building scalable verification routines and robust parameters for high-volume camera manufacturing.

You will lead END-OF-LINE test strategy, diagnostics, and repair flows while collaborating with R&D on NPIs and ECOs. Based in Copenhagen, you’ll ensure workstation stability, change validation, and documentation alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in PTA/Manufacturing/Service Eng with electronics test and mechanical/process engineering.
• Hands-on electronics troubleshooting and test background.
• Familiarity with change control, parameters, verification routines and stability monitoring.
• Data-driven mindset for identifying top losses and validating improvements.
• Experience setting up repair flows and soldering standards.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW, TestStand or similar tools; SPC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own production-floor workstation stability, tools, fixtures, settings, and change validation.
• Drive proactive improvements: top-loss reviews, defect loops, and stability checks.
• Scale End-of-Line test benches and improve diagnostics to catch defects early.
• Maintain verification routines for production tools, calibration cycles, and golden samples.
• Develop processes and tools to diagnose, repair, and reuse internal modules.
• Act as Level 2 technical authority; perform autopsies on failed units to find root causes.
• Support NPI/ECO readiness with documentation updates and tooling requirements.
• Update SOPs/work instructions for production processes and test methods.
