Job summary

Veo, a global leader in AI-based sports camera technology, is expanding its Production Technical Department in Copenhagen. We seek a senior engineer to own production test and process capability, building systems that make production performance predictable at scale.

You will drive proactive improvements, scale End-of-Line test benches, and partner with R&D for design decisions. This role offers ownership, cross-functional impact, and the chance to shape a PTA function within a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Proven PTA / Manufacturing Eng background required.
• Hands-on electronics troubleshooting and repair capability.
• Process validation with change control and verification routines.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to identify losses and validate improvements.
• Repair workflows and soldering standards experience.
• Proficiency with LabVIEW or TestStand; data analysis a plus.

Responsibilities

• Production-floor technical enablement: ensure workstation stability, tools, fixtures, settings, and change validation.
• Drive proactive improvements: top-loss reviews, defect loops, and stability checks.
• Test strategy: scale EOL test benches and improve diagnostics to catch defects early.
• Verification routines and golden samples: calibration cycles, daily checks, and stability monitoring.
• Advanced repair strategy: diagnose, repair, and reuse internal modules.
• Tiered support: Level 2 authority and autopsies on failed units to identify root causes.
• NPI/ECO support: readiness deliverables for test/process/tooling and docs.
• Documentation ownership: SOPs and work instructions for production areas.
• R&D interface: escalate to design when needed; otherwise close repeatable production actions.
