Job summary

H1 is partnering with Novo Nordisk to lead the product organization for an internal clinical data platform that powers trial design, site selection, and study operations across NN's global R&D function. You will own scope end-to-end, collaborating with clinical and engineering partners to ship data products and dashboards.

You should have 3–6 years in product management, 1 year owning a clinical data product, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in product management with at least 1 year owning a clinical/health data product.
• Experience building or managing dashboards, pipelines, or analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of clinical research workflows.
• Startup or scale-up experience with enterprise context.
• Fluent English and willingness to work across US/EU time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined product area within StudyUniverse—roadmap, requirements, and delivery with stakeholders at Novo Nordisk.
• Translate workflows and user needs into clear product requirements for a cross-functional team.
• Run discovery, define success metrics, drive feature adoption in NN's R&D.
• Build credibility with clinical ops and data science through domain engagement and delivery.
• Contribute to StudyHub's product strategy with the Director of Product Management.
• Help establish H1's product practice in Copenhagen as engagement scales.
