Job summary

Mastercard Nordic Product Development seeks a Senior Specialist in Product Experience Design to shape new payment experiences from ideation to signed-off concepts. You will synthesize customer insights, market research and business opportunities into prototypes and product experiences, collaborating with product, engineering and commercial teams.

Qualifications

Seasoned UX/UI/Product designer with ability to turn insights into prototypes and recommendations.
Experience turning customer needs into concepts, journeys and product directions.
Strong storytelling and ability to align senior stakeholders, product teams and tech partners.
Confident in leveraging AI to accelerate discovery, prototyping and communication.
Familiar with design systems, patterns and scalable design practices.
Comfortable in agile environments collaborating with product owners and developers.

Responsibilities

Drive product discovery and experience design from idea to validated concept.
Translate insights into sharper value propositions and clearer investment guidance.
Create high‑quality prototypes, flows, wires and artefacts in Figma per Mastercard design system.
Turn research results into practical UX improvements for journeys and propositions.
Contribute to pitches, business cases and commercial analyses with tangible concepts.
Facilitate design sprints and co‑creation sessions with diverse stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Development, Product Management and Engineering for delivery readiness.
Define high‑level experience requirements and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Apply AI-native thinking to speed up discovery and communication.
