Job summary

Aura Recruit Ltd. partners with a profitable, founder-owned SaaS company to hire a Senior Product Designer who will shape the core B2C mobile experience.

You will lead onboarding, activation and daily engagement, translating user insights and business priorities into clear concepts, flows and polished product experiences. You’ll work with a cross-functional team and enjoy significant autonomy, with success measured by activation, retention and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing consumer mobile apps or subscription products at scale.
• Strong interaction, visual and end-to-end product design skills.
• Ability to connect user needs with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Confidence turning ambiguous challenges into clear concepts and experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• A collaborative approach to feedback and cross-functional working.
• The autonomy to drive work forward with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives across onboarding, activation and everyday engagement to help users understand value and build habits.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to translate user insights and business priorities into clear concepts, flows and polished product experiences.
• Operate with significant autonomy and influence, focusing on outcomes like activation, retention and revenue rather than just shipped interfaces.
• Work within focused six-week development cycles, followed by two-week evaluation and planning periods.
