Job summary

Signifly is seeking a Senior Product Designer to build innovative digital products in Copenhagen, with on-site work only. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, consultants and strategists to shape product experiences for diverse clients across industries.

You will explore AI-driven design, contribute to design systems, and own end-to-end delivery from research to high-fidelity UI, ensuring usability and business alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS, B2B, enterprise, data-heavy, or workflow-driven products.
• Experience navigating ambiguity in startup environments and delivering with limited clarity.
• Experience designing AI-powered experiences or working with AI interaction patterns.
• Experience building, evolving, or contributing to scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Proficiency with rapid prototyping tools (Figma, Framer, etc.) and basic coding may be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and design digital products and experiences used by a large audience across Denmark.
• Design best-in-class apps, interfaces, services, websites, and tools for varied industries.
• Turn complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Understand user journeys, ideate during discovery, and deliver designs with strong UX foundations.
• Own the quality and delivery of all phases from early research to final high-fidelity UI.
• Plan and participate in research, synthesize insights, and translate user needs into product decisions.
• Explore and define how AI can improve research, design, prototyping, and shipping of products.
• Craft polished, intuitive interfaces balancing usability, visual quality, accessibility, and business goals.
• Take responsibility for the customer journey and seek feedback to improve the product.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer passionate about building innovative digital products

(We’re also open for an ambitious mid-level)

On-site position in CPH. No remote or hybrid.

Signifly is a digital agency with digital products and experiences at heart. We’ve helped shape many of the digital products and experiences used by Danes every day. From apps and e-commerce to websites and digital services.

As a Product Designer in Copenhagen, you’ll work alongside designers and developers to create best-in-class digital experiences for ambitious start-ups and established enterprises.

At Signifly, we are a team so besides working with the rest of the design team, you will also be working with Consultants and strategists to understand the strategic and business objectives as they relate to the product experience.

What you’ll be working on

• Widely used products. Define and design digital products and experiences used by a large audience across Denmark.

• Complex digital products. Design best-in-class apps, interfaces, services, websites, tools etc. for varied industries such as B2B, fintech, medtech, government, start-ups etc.

• Understand complex, Deliver simple: Turn complex workflows, systems, and requirements into intuitive and effortless user experiences.

• Strategic execution. Understand user journeys, ideate during discovery, and deliver final designs with a strong UX foundation.

• Deliver from start to finish. Own the quality and delivery of all phases from early research phase to final high fidelity UI delivery.

• Design for real users. Plan and participate in research, synthesize insights, and turn user needs and behaviours into meaningful product decisions.

• Help shape how we build with AI. We expect you to be actively exploring the frontier of design and AI and possible tools. Use AI in your work and help explore and define how AI can improve how we research, design, prototype, and ship products.

• Create best-in-class UI. Craft polished and intuitive interfaces that balance usability, visual quality, accessibility and business goals.

• Take ownership. Take responsibility for the quality of the customer journey, actively seek feedback, and know when and how to bring others into the process.

What we expect from you

• Complex digital products. Experience designing SaaS, B2B, enterprise, data-heavy, or workflow-driven products where simplicity is key.

• Startup environments. Experience navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, taking ownership, and balancing creative ambition with the realities of delivery.

• AI-enabled products. Experience designing AI-powered experiences or working confidently with emerging AI interaction patterns and workflows.

• Design systems. Experience building, evolving, or contributing to scalable component libraries, tokens, patterns, and documentation.

• Rapid prototyping. Confident using tools such as Figma, Framer, code, or AI prototyping tools to quickly turn ideas into realistic, testable experiences.

• Flexible and multidisciplinary. Experience working across different industries like e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, SaaS, lifestyle, mobility etc.. And across changing platforms like native apps, services, platforms, kiosks etc.

• Cross-functional facilitation. Experience running workshops, presenting design rationale, navigating stakeholder feedback, and creating alignment across Product, Engineering, and business teams.
