Cook Medical Denmark is seeking a Senior Engineer, Process Development to tackle challenging manufacturing issues and ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and quality standards.

You will lead smaller projects or parts of larger initiatives, collaborating with engineers, physicians, and product managers to translate engineering know-how into robust medical devices and clear procedures. The role emphasizes cross-team mentorship and rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or master’s/PhD) in a technical field.
• 5+ years in a similar engineering role in medical devices or regulated industry.
• Experience with process characterization, IQ/OQ/PQ, DOE, and SPC for data-driven decisions.
• Comfort with AI and data tools; ability to explain findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work on smaller projects or portions of larger ones.
• Collaborate with project groups and leadership to set focus and create procedures.
• Work with engineers, physicians, and product managers to bring medical devices to life.
• Ensure timelines, milestones, and documentation are maintained; design history is solid and traceable.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge across teams.
