Job summary

Demant is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for the Device Hardware organization in Denmark. You will drive micro-mechanical development from concept to realization, create parts and systems in CREO, and collaborate with hardware, software and other stakeholders to bring devices toward ramp-up.

You should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar, with hands-on experience in R&D, robust design methods, injection molding, and medical device development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar required.
• Experience in an R&D environment with regulated medical devices preferred.
• Proficiency with Creo or similar 3D CAD tools.
• Knowledge of robust design methods and injection molding.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute design work, design reviews, specifications and documentation.
• Provide guidance to colleagues and support daily planning activities.
• Contribute to competence building and knowledge sharing within Mechanical Engineering.
• Help improve internal processes within mechanical development.
• Strengthen our ME domain through structured, high‑quality engineering practices.
