Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Søborg, Denmark, seeks a Content Responsible for the Medical Device Clinical Evaluation process to maintain SOPs, templates and training for stand-alone devices and drug-device combos, driving standardisation and digital adoption, including AI.

You will work across therapeutic areas to ensure compliant, efficient processes, and collaborate to enable integrated clinical workflows. Strong English and advanced degrees are required.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in science or equivalent.
• Extensive and broad experience with medical device development and/or clinical development (MedTech or pharmaceutical).
• Experience with device clinical evaluation or related deliverables and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Strong drive, proactive stakeholder management, and a mindset for process innovation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Act as content responsible for the Medical Device Clinical Evaluation process, authoring SOPs, guidance, templates and training.
• Collaborate to simplify and standardise the process for end users and leverage digital opportunities including AI.
• Ensure cross‑organisational knowledge sharing and efficient processes across therapeutic areas.
• Support quality processes across Clinical Reporting units during inspections and audits, SOP reviews and impact assessments.
• Assist the Clinical Reporting Process Excellence department and contribute to training and competency development.
