Job summary

Spalt PR in Copenhagen seeks an experienced PR Consultant or Senior PR Consultant to join a leading Nordic communications agency with a dynamic portfolio across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, design, hospitality and culture.

You will manage a client portfolio, deliver strategic and creative PR, and lead projects from brief to reporting. Senior level adds greater strategic responsibility and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ relevant experience within PR, communications or marketing, preferably from an agency environment.
• Five or more years of relevant experience if applying at Senior PR Consultant level.
• Strong knowledge of the Danish media and influencer landscape, supported by an established and relevant network.
• Documented experience in media relations, press pitching and developing stories that generate earned attention.
• Experienced in client management and handling several clients, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Understand how earned media, influencer relations, events, partnerships and social media work together.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing budgets and commercial priorities.
• Take initiative and naturally identify new opportunities for clients.
• Interested in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, design and contemporary culture.
• Communicate fluently in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing.

Spalt PR is looking for an experienced and ambitious PR Consultant or Senior PR Consultant to join our Copenhagen team.

This is an opportunity to become part of a leading Nordic communications agency and work with an exciting portfolio of local and international brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, design, hospitality and culture.

Depending on your experience, the position will be appointed at either PR Consultant or Senior PR Consultant level.

About the role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and delivering strategic, creative and results-driven PR. Combining strategic consultancy with hands‑on execution, you will lead projects from initial brief and planning through implementation, evaluation and reporting.

You will act as a trusted day‑to‑day advisor to your clients, identify opportunities proactively and ensure that all projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.

For candidates joining at Senior PR Consultant level, the role will also include greater strategic responsibility, leadership of client teams and involvement in developing existing and new business.

Key responsibilities
