Job summary

Spalt PR in Copenhagen seeks an experienced PR Consultant or Senior PR Consultant to join a leading Nordic communications agency with a dynamic portfolio across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, design, hospitality and culture.

You will manage a client portfolio, deliver strategic and creative PR, and lead projects from brief to reporting. Senior level adds greater strategic responsibility and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ relevant experience within PR, communications or marketing, preferably from an agency environment.
• Five or more years of relevant experience if applying at Senior PR Consultant level.
• Strong knowledge of the Danish media and influencer landscape, supported by an established and relevant network.
• Documented experience in media relations, press pitching and developing stories that generate earned attention.
• Experienced in client management and handling several clients, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Understand how earned media, influencer relations, events, partnerships and social media work together.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing budgets and commercial priorities.
• Take initiative and naturally identify new opportunities for clients.
• Interested in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, design and contemporary culture.
• Communicate fluently in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Managing day‑to‑day client relationships and serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Developing and implementing PR strategies, communication plans and creative activations.
• Leading proactive and reactive media relations, pitching and press outreach.
• Creating narratives, news angles, press releases, pitches, Q&As and other materials.
• Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, VIPs and industry stakeholders.
• Planning and executing press events, brand activations, launches, press trips and influencer initiatives.
• Managing guest lists and media/VIP attendance.
• Overseeing timelines, budgets, deliverables and reporting.
• Monitoring results and translating insights into recommendations for clients.
• Collaborating with Nordic offices and identifying new business opportunities.
