Job summary

Aras is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the technical implementation team in planning, elaboration, design, construction, and transition of PLM solutions that meet customer requirements. You will own solution delivery and collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal project managers to ensure successful outcomes.

You will lead workshops, translate requirements into technical designs, and drive continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software implementations in an Architect role, preferably PLM
• Experience across multiple industries such as Automotive, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Medical Devices, Aerospace/Defense
• Strong relationship building and communication skills in challenging customer situations
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage changing priorities
• Fluent in English and/or Danish for an international environment
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the Nordic region

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical implementation team in all aspects of solution delivery
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions leveraging Aras Innovator architecture
• Facilitate workshops and build consensus for timely delivery of technology aligned with business value
• Lead and support development of requirements specifications, use cases, and functional specs
• Perform solution analysis, develop customer-facing proposals, and contribute to statements of work
• Participate in continuous improvement of PLM solution delivery
